Transformation of a garage into a two-bedroom home for an elderly couple.
MLCT had alot of fun with this project as we sourced and supplied all hard finishes, window treatments and the most beautiful pièce de résistance wallpaper in the Main Bedroom - June 2019.

MLCT thoroughly enjoyed working on this project with a young couple to uplift various rooms and breathe life back into this beautiful home with it's old school charm and original parquet floors.
Space planning ensued, followed by sourcing, supplying and installation of furniture items for various rooms - contemporary meets classic at it's best - February 2019.

SHOWROOM HMTN
Sandton, Johannesburg
MLCT had the pleasure of assisting with the interior design on this project for an "Experience Centre" / Showroom, created by suppliers of home automation products and equipment.
The main goal was to produce a showroom of the most common rooms found in an actual home. Each room showcases the endless possibilities of the various home automation products, by allowing clients to experience the mind-blowing audio-visuals for themselves, as if in their own home.
This "home" consisted of a designated Cinema Room, a Formal Lounge, a Games Room, a Sound Room, as well as an open-plan Kitchen, Dining and TV Room with adjacent Bedroom.
MLCT sourced, supplied and installed all furniture items, including the decor finishing touches.
Another proud project completion - June 2018.
RESIDENCE JVS
Bryanston, Johannesburg
A full turnkey renovation project completed for client JVS in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
MLCT was given full responsibility of sourcing and supplying all hard finishes, including tiles, engineered timber flooring, paint colours, light and bathroom fittings.
Hereafter, all furniture items, window coverings and decor pieces were sourced, supplied and installed.
Linen, towels, crockery, and cutlery were all included in the final installation.
